• Searching for Employee Information: Quickly retrieve employee details using their ID or specific queries.

1. Trigger: The workflow is initiated manually or by another workflow through the ExecuteWorkflowTrigger node.
2. Operation Selection: The Switch node determines the operation to be performed (search, get by ID, or update).
3. Employee Data Retrieval: Depending on the operation, the workflow fetches employee data from the PayCaptain API using HTTP Request nodes.
4. Data Filtering: The workflow filters the retrieved data to match the query or employee ID using Filter nodes.
5. Data Processing: Sensitive fields are stripped from the data to ensure privacy before further processing.
6. Updating Records: If the operation is to update, the workflow validates the request and sends the updated information back to the API.
7. Logging: All operations are logged in a Google Sheet for auditing purposes, capturing essential details like timestamps and operations performed.
8. Response Handling: The workflow sends back a success or error response based on the operations performed.
