• Step 1: The workflow begins with the Gmail Trigger, which monitors your inbox for any new emails labeled with 'To-Do'. This check occurs every minute, ensuring timely updates.
• Step 2: When an email is detected, its subject and snippet (a brief preview of the email content) are extracted.
• Step 3: The extracted information is then sent to the Google Tasks node, which creates a new task with the email's subject as the title and the snippet as notes. Additionally, the task is set to be due 1 day from the current date.
