Step 1: Trigger the workflow manually or by uploading a resume to the Unfiltered folder in Google Drive.
Step 2: The workflow captures the job description from a specified Google Doc.
Step 3: When a new resume is uploaded, it is automatically downloaded from Google Drive.
Step 4: The resume is processed to extract relevant information.
Step 5: An AI agent evaluates the resume against the job description and provides a verdict (REJECTED/KIV/SHORTLISTED) along with a reason and score.
Step 6: Based on the AI's decision, the resume is moved to the appropriate folder (Rejected, KIV, or Shortlisted) in Google Drive.
Step 7: The candidate's status is updated in a Google Sheet tracker.
Step 8: A notification email is sent to the candidate informing them of the decision and reasons.
