The workflow consists of the following steps:

1. Cron Node: Triggers the workflow every minute, ensuring timely updates on the ISS's position.
2. HTTP Request Node: Sends a request to the API https://api.wheretheiss.at/v1/satellites/25544/positions to fetch the latest position data of the ISS, including latitude, longitude, and timestamp.
3. Set Node: Extracts relevant information from the HTTP response, particularly the name, latitude, longitude, and timestamp of the ISS, preparing this data for the next step.
4. Kafka Node: Publishes the extracted data to the Kafka topic iss-position, making it available for other systems or applications that subscribe to this topic.
