This workflow addresses the challenge of manually gathering and verifying company and decision-maker information. It automates the process of:

• Extracting company details from a Google Sheet.
• Enriching company data using the Apollo API.
• Finding and enriching decision-makers’ contact information.
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, which reduces time spent on manual data entry and verification.

1. Trigger: The workflow starts when a new row is added or updated in the Google Sheets Companies tab.
2. Select Unprocessed Companies: Filters for companies that haven't been processed yet.
3. Domain Check: Verifies if a domain is already provided. If not, it triggers an Apollo Organization Search to retrieve the website.
4. Enrich Company Details: Uses the Apollo API to gather detailed information about the company, including its website, industry, and social media links.
5. Human Verification: Sends a Slack message for team members to verify the retrieved website information.
6. Decision Maker Discovery: If the domain is available, it searches for decision-makers in the company using the Apollo People Search API.
7. Enrich Decision Makers: Gathers additional information about the decision-makers, including email and phone numbers.
8. Data Processing: Processes the enriched data and appends it to the Contacts tab in Google Sheets.
9. Weekly Reporting: Automatically generates a report summarizing the number of verified leads and sends it to a designated Slack channel every week.
