Step 1: The workflow is triggered when a new row is added to a Google Sheet, which contains responses from a Google Form.
Step 2: Essential data such as the respondent's name, email, and score are extracted from the sheet.
Step 3: A score check is performed to determine if the respondent meets the passing criteria (greater than 3).
Step 4: Depending on the score, either a certificate template is copied from Google Drive or a no-operation node is executed for those who did not pass.
Step 5: The respondent's name is replaced in the certificate template using Google Slides.
Step 6: The customized certificate is converted to a PDF format.
