Problem Solved

This workflow addresses the challenges of managing user requests efficiently by automating the process of collecting, categorizing, and tracking requests from Typeform submissions directly into ClickUp. It eliminates manual data entry, reduces the risk of oversight, and helps prioritize tasks based on urgency, ensuring that critical requests are handled promptly.

Workflow Steps

1. Trigger: The workflow is manually triggered when a new submission is received from Typeform.
2. Data Collection: The Typeform Trigger node collects user input, including the request title, details, urgency, and the requester's information.
3. List Selection: The workflow uses a Switch node to determine the type of request (e.g., Document Request, Presentation Request, Update Request, Workflow Request) based on user input.
4. List ID Assignment: Depending on the selected request type, the appropriate List ID is set for ClickUp tasks.
5. Task Creation: The ClickUp node creates a new task in the specified list with all the collected details, including the request description and urgency level.
6. Completion: The process is complete once the task is created, allowing for immediate tracking and management within ClickUp.
