- Validating incoming requests via webhooks.
- Ensuring proper authentication and command recognition.
- Handling errors gracefully and providing user feedback.
- Executing data deletion across multiple platforms (Paddle, Customer.io, Zendesk) and logging the results in Airtable.
- Receive Slash Command: The workflow starts when a POST request is received via a webhook, containing the command and user email.
- Validate Token: It checks if the request includes a valid token for authentication.
- Set Variables: The command and email are extracted and stored for further processing.
- Read Command: The workflow identifies the command type (e.g.,
delete) and routes the process accordingly. - Handle Errors: If the command is not recognized or the email is missing, appropriate error messages are sent back to the user.
- Acknowledge Request: Upon successful command recognition, an acknowledgment message is sent to the user.
