Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) Fuel Cell Dataset

This dataset contains standard tests of Nafion 112 membranes and MEA activation tests for PEM fuel cells under various operating conditions. It includes two common electrochemical analysis methods: polarization curves and impedance spectra. Different H₂/O₂ pressures, voltages, and humidity levels are considered. The data enable analysis of PEM fuel‑cell behavior during testing, activation processes, and pre‑/post‑activation phases. Polarization curves show voltage and power density variations as functions of H₂/O₂ flow and relative humidity. Resistance of the equivalent circuit can be derived from impedance data, providing clear cell responses for in‑depth analysis, simulation, and material performance studies in PEM fuel‑cell research.

Dataset Overview

This dataset covers standard tests of Nafion 112 membranes and MEA activation tests for PEM fuel cells across a range of operating conditions. Two main electrochemical analysis methods are provided: polarization curves and impedance spectra. The data consider variations in hydrogen/oxygen pressure, voltage, and multiple humidity conditions. Using these data, one can analyze PEM fuel‑cell behavior under different test scenarios, as well as performance changes before and after activation. Polarization curves present voltage and power density as functions of H₂/O₂ flow and relative humidity, while impedance data allow calculation of the equivalent‑circuit resistance. Consequently, the cell response is clearly captured, supporting detailed analysis, modeling, and material‑performance investigations in PEM fuel‑cell research.
