  • The noise images in this dataset originate from the paper: Jun Xu, Hui Li, Zhetong Liang, David Zhang, and Lei Zhang, "Real-world Noisy Image Denoising: A New Benchmark", 2018.

Dataset Content

  • The dataset includes 40 different scenes captured by 5 leading‑brand cameras:
    • Canon EOS (5D Mark II, 80D, 600D)
    • Nikon (D800)
    • Sony (A7 II)
  • From these scenes, 100 patches of 512 × 512 pixels were cropped, comprising:
    • *Real.JPG: noisy image
    • *mean.JPG: “ground truth” image
